Our Team
Director
Felicity is the Adept Founder, Director and Course Coordinator. She compiles, audits and reviews all course material and is responsible for the creative development of innovative new courses. She is also our most experienced trainer. She is a mum of two beautiful children with whom she loves spending time.
RTO Manager
Anne-Marie manages the day to day operation of the college, with a focus on compliance. She coordinates the administration and training teams to ensure the best possible student experience. In her spare time Anne-Marie enjoys spending time with her husband, cooking, eating out and travelling, especially to her native Ireland and to her husband’s native India.
Student Liaison Officer
Is our first point of contact for customer enquiries, student administration and finances providing support for students, formalises communication with all customers and assists with the smooth running of our front office.
Administration
Marta is our Senior Administrator and works in administration and compliance. She manages student academic records, ensures compliance is maintained and supports the RTO Manger. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, socialising, listening to music and going to the beach.

Our administrtation team work in administration and compliance. They manage student acedemic enquiries, maintain the student records and files, assist with audits and certificate issuing and support the training team.

We have a wonderful team of trainers who are all industry experienced and provide the best quality, professional training and assessment service to our students.
