Since 2002, Adept Training has prepared people for rewarding careers in pathology and healthcare. We teach from our own campus in Harris Park, Sydney, with a licensed pathology collection centre where our students complete their placements.

Meet Felicity Berriman
Felicity holds a Bachelor of Nursing and has worked in pathology for more than 30 years. She began her career in pathology collection at Mayne Pathology (Laverty Pathology) in 1995, then worked at San Pathology at Sydney Adventist Hospital, before founding Adept Training in 2002.
She still works in the industry today, as a cord blood collector with CellCare and an accredited drug, alcohol and hair follicle collector with ToxLogic. That means what she teaches is current, practical and grounded in what employers need.
Felicity also reviews our course material, develops new courses and is our most experienced trainer.

A full campus with a licensed collection centre
Our Harris Park campus is set up for healthcare training. Students learn face to face in our classrooms, then put their skills into practice in our own licensed pathology collection centre.
Because we run our own licensed pathology collection centre, we organise placements for our students. There's no need to find a placement yourself.

Director
Felicity is the Adept Founder and Director. She compiles, audits and reviews all course material and is responsible for the creative development of innovative new courses. She is also our most experienced trainer.
RTO Manager
Our RTO Manager manages the day-to-day operation of the college, with a focus on compliance. She coordinates the administration and training teams to ensure the best possible student experience.
Student Liaison Officer
Our first point of contact for enquiries, student administration and finances. They support students, look after communication with all our customers and keep the front office running smoothly.
Senior Administrator
Our Senior Administrator works in administration and compliance, managing student academic records, making sure compliance is maintained and supporting the RTO Manager.
Administration team
Our administration team manages student enquiries, maintains student records, assists with audits and certificate issuing, and supports the training team.

Our trainers are all industry experienced and provide high-quality, professional training and assessment to every student.
